When ordering, please state your name, full address and phone number. If part or all of the order is to be a gift, please give us the full name and address of the person receiving the gift. We will gladly enclose a card, just let us know what you would like to say.

All returns are subject to our prior approval.
All returned custom made, or created, or decorated merchandise is subject to a 50% restock fee.

Goods damaged in transit are the responsibility of the delivery,transport, company. If you receive damaged merchandise, notify the delivery company immediately. Do not dispose of any packing nor merchandise, until directed to do so by the delivery company.
